POSITION DETAILS:
The role involves managing projects spanning schools, warehouses, and shopping centers across North and West Melbourne. Due to fast build times, a 6-day work week is expected, with corresponding compensation. As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the entire project life cycle, including ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards, coordinating with internal staff, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a Site Management position, with specific experience in commercial builds. Proven success in managing multiple projects, particularly in the specified range of up to $40 million, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential attributes for success in this role.
