We are currently seeking Warehouse Operators for immediate day and afternoon shifts in the FMCG distribution sector. Experience in a freezer/chiller environment is not required.



Position Overview:


As a Warehouse Operator in FMCG distribution, you will play a pivotal role in our client's operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including picking, packing, palletizing, and processing orders. You will work in a dynamic FMCG environment, and while previous experience in a freezer/chiller environment is not mandatory, your ability to adapt and learn quickly is essential.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately pick orders encompassing a range of products, including dry, chilled, and frozen goods, while meeting performance targets.

  • Efficiently handle manual tasks and palletizing in a fast-paced setting.

  • Manage product rotation, storage, and receiving.

  • Operate necessary equipment, including Voice headsets, MHE Transporters, Pallet jacks, and wrappers (full training provided).


Qualifications:


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

  • Prior experience in an FMCG, production, or similar setting is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment Medical, Police Check, and/or Drug & Alcohol Assessment.

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

  • Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and OHS Procedures.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Immediate availability to start.


Pay Rate:


  • Day Shift starts at $35.73 per hour, with additional incentives.

  • Afternoon shift starts at $40.74 per hour, with additional incentives.
